a. Analyze assessment results to determine specific learning needs identified in your assessment. Based on your analysis, state what you believe are the areas the audience is aware of and has knowledge in and those areas that you determine to be learning need priorities. b. Write two to five learning objectives (goals) to meet the learning needs identified above. b. The method to measure effectiveness should reflect learner objectives and domains.
