Assessment - Case study

Details This case study assignment requires students to submit a written report. It must be undertaken individually. It focuses on the international business environment in which a company operates. Further assistance will be provided in class and any additional information will be placed on vUWS. In the report, students will need to analyse organisation culture - at the country of origin and abroad and corporate social Responsibility - at the country of origin and abroad. The chosen organisation should have a global presence. Student can either choose an organisation originating from Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and having global presence or a multinational enterprise having presence in APAC region.

Task: Students need to analyse the culture and CSR of their chosen organisation, and provide recommendations relating to business practices and leadership style that can help to create cohesive successful multicultural team and also improvise business performance.
