Scope of Work and Organisational Context
Project Scope We are looking for the Student Consulting Team to:
Understand our business needs and technical requirements.
Conduct a system analysis and gap assessment: work as a team to identify and clearly document the differences between our current digital/business system and the proposed solution
Develop a comprehensive project plan detailing the multi-stage approach for management and delivery, outlining team roles and the contribution of different specialisations, and how each stage addresses our speci?c challenges
Produce initial design concepts that focus on user experience (UX) and interface (UI), ensuring alignment with stated requirements.
Build a working prototype that demonstrates the solution's key. functionalities and addresses gaps identi?ed.
Present the ?nal solution for our organisation, highlighting its bene?ts and functionalities.
Deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) (e.g., website, web app, or mobile app), along with comprehensive documentation to enable launch and integration into the client's operational environment.
This will help our organisation to:

Objective 1: Analyse Current Digital Ecosystem and Stakeholder Requirements
Associated Tasks:
Conduct stakeholder interviews with Med-Psych's clinical, administrative, and client-facing staff to enumerate and analyse user and business needs, focusing on pain points with the current digital presence. Get top-notch online assignment help.
Perform a system analysis of the existing website and operational tools to document work?ows, functional capabilities, and integration points (e.g., telehealth, microbiome testing service pathways).

Objective 2: Co-design and Plan the Multi-Stage Project Delivery Framework

Develop a multi-stage project plan outlining phases (discovery, design, development, testing, delivery), responsibilities across technical, design, and business specialisations, and milestone deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create UI/UX wireframes, re?ecting both user-centric design principles and technical feasibility for the web app.
De?ne and document technical architecture, including data security considerations (e.g., input validation, activity monitoring, mobile responsiveness).
Conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning, identifying potential implementation constraints (e.g., healthcare data regulations, payment integrations).
Present and iterate the plan with Med-Psych to ensure alignment before build phase.
Objective 3: Develop and Test a Functional MVP Prototype for the "Gut Feeling" Platform
Associated Tasks:
Build a working prototype (MVP) focusing on core functionality:
User registration and login (admin & client roles)
Password reset functionality
User pro?le creation and media upload
Basic search and messaging system
Email noti?cations for key events
Mobile responsiveness and accessibility features
Integrate at least one external service (e.g., PayPal or Stripe for payments, or analytics tracking).
Implement security and data validation measures appropriate to healthcare data contexts (e.g., XSS prevention, activity logging).
Conduct usability testing with representative stakeholder groups, collecting feedback to re?ne the prototype.
Deliver a ?nal demonstration and presentation, supported by design wireframes, technical documentation, and testing reports, showcasing how the MVP addresses identi?ed gaps and improves stakeholder experience.
