Flextime allows employees to select their hours of work within set organizational limits. As a consultant how many alternatives strategy should you prepare for a client? What factors may affect the implementation strategies you choose? How might you influence your client to choose the strategy you think best meets the goals of the change initiative? What might you do if the client seems to resist implementing any of your alternative strategies? Question (7) Discuss this week's objectives with your team. your discussion should include the topics you feel comfortable with, any topics you struggled with, and how the weekly topics relate to application in your field. feel free to include any currents events that align with the week's objectives.
