b. Describe the overall diet that your players/athletes should be using

c. Describe the amounts of water your players/athletes should be consuming

d. Describe when exercise sessions for your athletes occur; for example,if you have am weights and then practice in the afternoon-your athletes are working out twice a day

e. Once you have decided on when your athletes work out-

i. Describe what they should eat before each workout

ii. Describe what they should eat during each workout

iii. Describle what they should eat immediately following each workout

3. Your paper should contain at least 10 references and you may include your textbooks as references, if you like.

4. The paper should be a minimum of 10 pages with 10 references and it should be in APA style. Also the title page and reference page do not count in the total page numbers.
