Question

When patients display circumstances at special remote locations that warrant special care providers, it is crucial to adopt resources meant to deliver a safe environment to enhance treatment outcomes within the healthcare unit (O'Connor et al., 2016). Besides the special services brought closer to the patients, the system encountered the need to develop a support framework so that providers may have to collaborate when the patient or work-force transfers are required. Population health information will be used to figure a way to avail wide multipurpose service framework at the local medical centers that not only offer convenient distance but also enabled effective communication with the advanced hospital facilities (Parsons et al., 2018). Notably, patients in communities experience different challenges that impede their access to health facilities, especially during critical health conditions. It is upon the nurse leaders to acknowledge the role of the community policing framework in making services available for patients with critical care needs.
