ASSIGNMENT TASK

Task 1: Weekly Reflective Journal
The weekly reflective journal should begin from Week 2 to Week 11, with each entry including the following key elements: activities completed, challenges faced and how they were addressed, lessons learned and plans for the next phase. This journal serves as an ongoing record of your individual progress and contributions throughout the trimester. Please note that this report should be professionally written and clearly articulated. It should not be presented in bullet points alone, but must include justifications and explanations for your reflections, demonstrating critical thinking and depth of analysis.

Your tutor may request to review your journal at any time to verify your individual involvement in the project, based on your weekly individual demonstrations during class. Tutors may also make notes regarding your demonstrations and weekly written reflective journal to ensure consistency and authenticity. Task 2: Discussion Forum Contribution
To enhance your understanding of the theory and application of this unit, you are encouraged to actively contribute to class discussions. Your participation and interaction with other students play a vital role in the learning process.

Students are expected to actively engage in weekly online discussion forums and Moodle activities. A summary of your industry-related activities in a tabular format, specifying the number of hours for each activity. The summary must include detailed information, such as name of the employer, type of business/industry, your job title or role, dates of exposure, and full details of your professional supervisor (name, position, email, phone number).
Supporting evidence of attendance or participation, with all documents attached as Appendices.

Task 4: Final Self-Evaluation
This task requires you to critically evaluate your professional growth by reflecting on your capstone project journey and industry exposure. Your self-evaluation will be assessed in three key areas:

Self-Evaluation to ACS Body of ICT Knowledge (CBoK) [10% Mark] Write a self-evaluation reflective journal on the professional skills developed during your industry exposure. Map your outcomes to the ACS Body of ICT Knowledge (CBoK) by identifying the specific skills that best align with your practical experience. To complete this task, you must review the latest ACS CBoK version, which is available in the assessment folder. Identify the key skills from CBoK that your industry exposure best matches and provide a clear justification for why they are the most relevant. Your reflection should include a real-world example from your industry exposure to demonstrate how you developed these skills. Additionally, discuss any new technical skills or knowledge gained during your industry experience and explain how they have contributed to your professional growth.
