A marketer has to understand the process a consumer goes though when making a purchase decision. Since products or services have to be personalised to fit this process. For instance if it is something that requires widespread decision making, the consumer will research the product. Therefore the marketer has to make sure the information wanted is available to the consumer. We will be going more hooked on this as our discussion starts.
