A 380-liter tank contains steam, initially at 300 kPa and 400°C. A valve is opened and steam flows out of the tank at a constant rate of 0.005 kg/s. During this process, a heater keeps the temperature within the tank constant. Determine the following:

(a) time (seconds) at which 75% of the initial mass of steam remains in the tank, and

(b) specific volume (m^3/kg) and pressure (kPa) in the tank at that time.
