Rule-based Systems

 In this technique, knowledge is shown in the form of "if-else" rules. In it, the knowledge acquired from various resources is treated as like an individual unit called as production rules. Additionally, these production rules are transformed in the form of if <antecedent> then else <conclusion>. The production rules are independent structures such are executed by providing several chaining operation, here chaining is called inference.
