Development of a Tetrahedron:

The tetrahedron is regular polyhedra having of four equal faces, each an equilateral triangle.

Procedure

(a)   Sketch two views of the solid as displayed in diagram (a).

(b)   After that mark the base as a, b, c and the apex like d in plan and elevation.

(c)    Develop the surface along the edges like AB, BC and AC to obtain the development of the tetrahedron that has four equal equilateral triangles as ABC, ABD, BCD and ACD as displayed in diagram (b).
