Capacitance Assignment Help

Assignment Help: >> Properties of Conductors and Insulators - Capacitance

Capacitance:

Next to resistor, capacitors are most continually utilized electrical and electronic component. In the most basic form where a capacitor is constituted by two parallel plates separated by an insulating (or dielectric) medium, nowadays capacitors are fabricated in a variety of different kinds with each kind having its own characteristics is making it more appropriate for a specific area of applications.

Depend on the type of dielectric utilized, fixed capacitors may be categorised as

1. Paper capacitors,

2. Ceramic capacitors,

3. Plastic film capacitors, like polystyrene capacitors, polyester capacitors,  etc.,

4. Air dielectric capacitors, and

5. Oil filled capacitors and so on.
