Metering, Billing and Collection: The Key to Understanding Energy Accounting

You have studied in which metering is needed for energy measurement.  Bills should correctly reflect the cost of actual energy used through the consumer. Energy accounting could tell you how accurate the billing is and whether the collections match the cost of energy supplied at the input.  The difference provides us an estimate of the losses. We discuss every of these aspects briefly.
