This is the tool or rate structure through those customers is offered various rates for electricity usage at various times of the day. If customers are offered lower rates for consumption at off-peak time, they could use some of the power at which low-priced time. For example, customers could be offered lower rates for using washing machines, dish washers, geysers, etc. during off-peak hours.
