Q. What is Constructive Cost Model?

COCOMO model denotes Constructive Cost Model. It is an empirical model basis on project experience. It is well-documented and independent model which isn't tied to a specific software vendor. Long history from original version published in 1981(COCOMO-81) through various instantiations to COCOMO 2. COCOMO 2 takes into account various approaches to software development and reuse etc.
