vb.net test taker, DOT NET Programming

hello,i want to ask that i have to make a test taker just like a quiz in vb.net which should b like mcq''z one...it must contain a connectivity with database of oracle or MS access to retrieve question and their answers from it...and how to make it such that it only open once with a certain username and password bcz test sholud only open once,and i also want to knw how to make it error free
