A more forceful argument which the weak principle: This implies that if the laws of the Universe were not favorable to the development of intelligent creatures to ask regarding the first conditions of the Universe, intelligent life would never contain evolved to ask the question in the primary place. In other terms, the laws of the Universe are the way they are since if they weren't, no intelligent beings would be capable to consider the laws of the Universe at all.
