The goal is to simulate a real life product development and familiarize learners with the design process of a system, component, or process to meet desired requires within realistic constraints like economic, environmental, social, political, ethical, health and safety, manufacturability, and sustainability.

 

Requirements

a.         Develop a problem statement.

-           Recognize the need and criteria for acceptability

 

b.         Collect relevant information for the design.

 

c.         Produce design solutions.

-           join new ideas, tools and methods

-           use mathematics, science, and engineering as appropriate
