Preparation of manufacturing drawings, Project Management

This is one of the most tedious and difficult phases of design yet quality literally depend upon the correctness and completeness of the manufacturing drawings and specifications because the production agencies manufacturing the product according to these documents. If there is any inaccuracy in the drawing it will obviously be reflected in the product. Since the manufacturers take guidance from the drawings and not from the approved prototype. Therefore it is imperative that the drawings truly reflect the final design as it has emerged after evaluation studies.
