The one thing that is very damaging to good relations between management and workers is the feeling in between workers which the management does not look in their difficulties and problems. This results into dissatisfaction in the minds of workforce and distrust in the direction of management that, in turn, introduces inefficiency and require of co-operation through the worker’s side.
