Explain the Identification of Fungi and Yeasts?
In this we learnt about different staining techniques used to visualize bacterial cell morphology. What about identification techniques of fungi and yeast? Are the processes/techniques similar to techniques used for bacteria? We will look at these aspects in this practical. Identifying features of some commonly isolated fungi have been enumerated.
