                Europe and the U.S have been pioneers in macro and micro scales in business, both internationally and in their local market. But U.S can be said to be a few step ahead of Europe, considering the use of U.S dollar worldwide among other factors. However, with these financial achievements, U.S can be said to have reached a climax and is now on a downward trend. The downward tread in U.S has presented a golden opportunity for Europe to exploit its unexploited macro and micro scales in business as it takes over from U.S. This paper discusses the recent developments, which are influential in macro and micro scales, in finance sector in Europe. The effects of the global crisis and recession on Europe finance sector are also discussed.
