Write a java application that lets you create a strong password. The password should follow the following some criteria: (use your own creativity to come up with specific requirements). Make sure you display your rules for the users. Length should be more than 2 characters but less than 30 characters When the users entry meets all the criteria, give them a congratulatory message and ask them to input the password again. Give a congratulatory message if they are successful and let them continue. Do not let the users continue unless the second password matches the first one that they had set up using the rules. You can also use your creativity to design a solution of your choice using real life useful problems. Utilize the String methods and the concepts that you learnt from the chapter to design the solution. Put on your "designer" hat and create solutions using Java language that is practical and useful. Include a method which explains what the program does and details about the programmer.
