Write an algorithm that accepts two strings: a pattern and a text.

The algorithm should return a two dimensional array that has the information for approximate string matching.

You do not need to print out the matrix or do anything with it. You only need to fill the matrix.

If you feel that you can not write the algorithm, then you may write it in any programming language you desire (you may assume that the lengths of the text and pattern are given.)
