If the thermal resistance of the transistor is known to be less than 3°C/W, what is the highest junction temperature you would expect? If the transistor VBE measured using a pulsed emitter current of 3 A at a junction temperature of 25°C is 0.80 V, what average VBE would you expect under normal operating conditions?
