Industry Research Paper (3-5 pages) In this project the students learn about the behaviors of the firms under different market structures. Each group selects a corporation or an industry. The paper should address one or all of the following issues: * Products and services provided by the industry. * The competitiveness of the industry as measured by various statistics, such as the industry concentration ratio of three biggest companies. Can the industry be described as a monopoly, oligopoly, monopolistic competition, or perfect competition? * Key government regulations that the industry must comply. * Pricing policies of the corporation or the key players in the industry.
