You will be analyzing change implementation, as your manager has requested you to prepare a presentation for an informational meeting with your team members. Specifically, your manager wants to be prepared to begin a change process, so he/she is requesting that you determine ways to assess and measure changes for proper implementation. Select a company to plan for change as an example organization for your presentation to illustrate your points. Using your selected company, design a presentation to theorize and defend how you would implement the change process within the organization. Support your presentation with articles, books, and research. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included. Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style.
