I am belonging to the mafia gang and are scattered all over the world have given me this task, which is based on drug sales in Cleveland, Ohio. The Mafia people advised me to deal with a guy in that region which is dealing with them for a while his father was also a client with the Mafia before got killed.
A year later of existence and dealing with a man who I trust him his name is Rick. Rick is a good friend, but in the world of drugs there are no friendships no trust There is money is the most important thing for me, there are dozens of people like Rick I can deal with them and able to pay any amount to get the drug.
I heard news from a reliable source that there is someone told me the immigration law and police department and the fight against drugs in Cleveland are looking for me everywhere for the purpose of arrest and dragged into prison or deported from the U.S. then I felt the danger is approaching me at that moment no one did come into my mind except Rick is the one who knows me well and know the place I stay, which usually hide. and Because, I think Rick told U.S. Immigration Law And anti-drug cases as well as illegal drug dealer and I am an enemy country which Cuba.
Note that only one who knows of my presence in this area and knows where to stay and the address of my mistress that I'm sure of it, it did not inform the Immigration Act and anti-drug My presence in Cleveland
So I sent him a message to his cell phone to meet him to talk about it and see it though I decided to kill him and get rid of him because he has become a threat to my life and that which does not endure at all.

That night I met Rick and he was in poor condition have been waiting for my arrival to it, as my appointment with him that brought him some heroin and had been scheduled on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 The area was very frightening and no people around from 1 to 2 am and I did not have any drugs I bring with me a pistol to kill him and get rid of him was killed by two shots fired in the heart ended his life at that moment.
