Capacity: from the data below determine the number of expresso machines needed to meet demand in the local Coffee Shop in the mall. The company works one shift or 8 hours per day at 7 days a week. The Coffee shop has seen a large increase in the demand for expresso based coffee orders. The standard expresso daily demand is 1,000 and processing time of 60 seconds. The deluxe expresso has a daily demand of 400 with processing time of 1 minute 20 second.

a) How many expresso machines does the Coffee Shop need given the standard work week?

b) How many expresso machines would be needed if demand increases to 1,200 for standard and 800 for deluxe (assume processing time does not change) during the holiday rush this coming Christmas.
