A selection/interviewing guide for your hiring manager(s) to use when interviewing. Create / develop an introduction that explains why the position is being created. Students are to be creative in creating their scenario (1-2 pages).

-Recruiting Process: Creative a narrative (paragraph) that explain who is involved in the interviewing process by title, and what process will be undertaken, i.e. applicant review, pre-screening, f2f interview, assessment tools, test, etc.

As a HR professional, who (by position title) you think should be involved in the interviewing process?

Competencies: Identify minimum of 5 competencies identified as critical for this position (this is taken from the KSAOs). An explanation/discussion (paragraph/narrative) of why each competency was selected and its importance in the selection of the correct candidate to include: (Create/develop)

A minimum of 3 (maximum of 7) behavioral -based interviewing questions for each competency.
