Explain the importance of professional behavior, language and ethics using two examples of poor business behavior, communication or conflict from recent (within the past three months) newspaper or business publication articles accessed through a business databases.

First summarize the issues, then discuss the possible causes of the poor behavior, conflict or communication and explain the impact it may have on teamwork and employee satisfaction. Finally, if you were a team leader in these situations, describe with reasons how you would work to resolve these issues and prevent them from recurring.
