Hey! for the paper you have to use Porter's 5 Forces Model, do the potential new entrants, and rival firms part and the relationships with buyers and with suppliers parts and substitute products and combine the information.

For the research we are looking in to internationalizing a US-based automobile maker into Japan. The buyers part should include information about customers willing to buy the products, their expectations, and their bargaining power. the suppliers part should include info about the bargaining power of suppliers, the availability or raw materials & labor, and the availability of substitutes.

In the end you have to say wether or not, based on your research, our company should invest andinternationalize into Japan.
