Imagine that the Houston Foodbank (HFB) has hired your team as a consultant to help the company develop and implement social initiatives to increase support from new or existing corporate sponsors.

You have decided that the best starting point will be to:

Benchmark practices employed by well-known industry organizations;
Use that information to help HFB develop its position regarding corporate social responsibility and;
Ensure its marketing and environmental approaches are consistent with that position.

Select and research any well-known business organization. Some examples include, but not limited to, the following:

Identify the following for the selected organization:

The corporate social responsibility (CSR) values;
Explain EACH part of the CSR model (economic, legal, ethical and philanthropic) most closely associated with their values; for the ethical part, you need to elaborate how the business organization's code of ethics fits in with the HFB code of ethics and give specific examples.
Determine how their CSR model would be most applicable and beneficial to HFB and explain your reasoning. You should also write a CSR statement for HFB based on the model selected.
