1. Clearly state the movie selected, project identified, and the project manager in your cover page. Prepare a project plan for the project you identified in your Memo I. Use your judgment and imagination to complete the plan.

2 Create a priority matrix for the project identified and provide a justification for the priority matrix you created.

3 Using MS Project, create a coded WBS for the project you identified. In your coded WBS, also include Duration, Predecessors, ES, EF, LS, LF, Slack.

4 Using MS Project, create a Gantt Chart for the project you identified. Clearly show your critical path in your Gantt Chart. Gantt Chart must be a stand-alone document, i.e. selfexplanatory (think about what does this mean).

5 Using MS Project, create a network diagram for the project you identified. Clearly show your critical path. The network diagram must be a stand-alone document, i.e. selfexplanatory.

6 Identify at least five risks from the project identified and complete the following: a. A Risk Assessment Form for the risks identified b. A Risk Response Matrix for the risks identified.

7 Technical writing and professionalism in document presentation. This includes, but not limited to, the use of proper written English, use print function from MS Project, no handwriting on printed document, legible, presented in a professional manner, document does not cause physical injury on your TA etc.

Note: Your project plan must be precise and detail enough where another project manager can replicate the project based on your project plan without any issue.
