Consider three ants each clinging for dear life to the top surface of an ordinary compact disc and not moving with respect to the labelling. The ants are at distances 3, 4, and 5 cm away from the axis of rotation of the CD which is spinning at a constant angular velocity because music on the other side is being played. Rank, from largest to smallest, both the speed and acceleration of each ant. Explain your answers.
