Here is the problem which I am struggling on, please help me!

Problem: The components of the electric field in an electromagnetic wave traveling in vacuum are described by Ex = 0, Ey = 0, and Ez = 7.41 sin(4.61x - wt) V/m, where x is measured in meters and t in seconds.

Part A: Calculate the frequency of the wave.

Part B: Calculate the wavelength of the wave.

I need help to solve the above problem and please show each in detail for help.
