McDonald’s is an American fast-food restaurant chain. It has attained international success in the restaurant business because of implementation of various effective strategies. It has patented rights and a monopoly on its attributes. Its name and the golden arches logo have become associated with things that are unique to McDonalds. When people hear the name McDonalds or see its logo, they think of the high-quality food and affordable low pricing, attractive aroma of the establishment, the special tasting food, and its decor along with the special and respectful way that they are treated there. In order to adapt and keep customers, McDonalds pays attention to changing tends and implement adjustments as required, indicating that global standardization is not all ways the best policy at all time, in every culture. This leads to increase demand and success for everyone involved in the McDonald’s industry, including the foreign vendors, which creates amiable relationships with them. McDonald’s aims to meet the customer’s demand by providing quality cooked meals at low and competitive cost. They are skillful at adapting their menu and environment suitable to diverse cultures. This increased their demand locally as well as internationally.
