Prepare a simple Staff Sourcing Plan for a Business Unit. Answer the question, “Where and how are we going to find viable candidates?”
e.g., the business unit chosen could be a bank branch, a med-surg unit in a hospital, a food and banquet function on a Cruise Liner, an export – import company, a clerical or secretarial pool, where you work, where one of your friends or family member works… Deliverables:
