You are performing a valuation of a retail firm based on free cash flow to the firm (FCFF). FCFF in the most recent 12 months (year 0) was $365 million. The firm is in a declining industry. As a result, you expect e cash flows to grow at an annual rate of 4% for the next five years and then decrease at 1% per year in perpetuity thereafter. The firm's east of equity is 10% and its weighted average cost of capital is 8%. The firm also has debt with a book value of $700 million and a market value of $600 million.
