An 8.0cm diameter, well-insulated vertical cylinder containing nitrogen gas is sealed at the top by a 5.8kg frictionless piston. The air pressure above the piston is 100kPa.

A. What is the gas pressure inside the cylinder?

B. Initially, the piston height above the bottom of the cylinder is 30cm. what will be the piston height if an additional 3.2kg are placed on top of the piston? (assume temperature in the cylinder is a constant value.)
