Now that you have selected a product, target market, and explored the industry it's time to think about how you will communicate value to that market. For this piece of your project provide the following:

Develop a value proposition, the value delivery system, and the touch points your customer will encounter.

Develop two customer relationship management programs you might use. For example some firms use rewards programs as part of their customer relationship program.
