1. You are the new online advertising manager for the Midland Daily Courier, a local newspaper. The newspaper wants to sell adverting on its Web site in a variety of formats to meet the needs of its advertisers. Examine the IAB Web site and other online resources of your choosing, then prepare a memo of 300 words to the newspaper's adverting manager that recommends specific types of ads(banner, text, interstitial, and so on) that the newspaper should offer to its advertisers. If you decide that specific types of adds might work better on specific gages or sections(sports, entertainment, local news, and so on) of the online newspaper, Include recommendation.
