How much weight would you place on the test when you make your final selection. Let's assume that a candidate received high marks for one's credentials, experience, interviewing and references. The Criteria Skills test was below the cut score of what would be an acceptable candidate. In another example, the Criteria Skills test scores were well above the cut score but received average to less than average marks on their credentials, experience, interviewing and references. Would the candidates in these example still be considered or rejected? Please explain
