restaurants with a score between 0 and 13 points earn an (A)

those with 14 to 27 points receive a (B)

and those with 28 or more a (C).

Public health hazards are 7 points, critical violations are 5 points, and general violations are 2 points.

If a restaurant is cited for 1 public health hazard, 2 critical violations, and 4 general violations.
