Enzyme 2 of the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex takesacetyl-dihydrolipoamide (bound to the enzyme) and CoA to makeacety-coA and dihydrolipoamide (bound to the enzyme). Acetyl-CoA has an S, but according to the reaction mechanismin my course reader, it does not look likee lipoamide transfers anS to acetyl CoA.
