Let's discuss humility. We often find that people struggle with humility. When I think of humility, I tend to think of the attributes such as putting personal importance on a lower scale of importance and significance than another - selfless and modest. Ogunfowora and Bourdage (2014) contended that people who are high in honesty-humility tend to be sincere, fair, open, and modest while those who are on the low end are more likely to be manipulative, insincere, inauthentic, selfish, and greedy. Mandela's ability to see the need for others before his exemplifies and confirms where he falls in Ogunfowora and Bourdage's theory. Your thoughts?
