Description:

Individually describe a typical operations that you are familiar, analyze a significant problem within it and suggest how you would like to solve the problem. Importantly you need to investigate by asking thequestion; “Is there a better way to do it”.

Focus on how each activity is being done and identify atleast 1 major problems within the operation. You are to discuss your identified problems in terms of inefficiency as well as ineffectiveness in the operations in order to determine the level of productivity. Subsequently, provide potential solutions to you selected problem. You should describe in sufficient detail the problem you identified and how you propose to overcome the problems. You could use the internet to find alternative/s latest technology in addressing the operations to overcome your identified problems.

Write a single page report on your findings and solutions. You must include reference on your investigation and proposed solutions
