Class, What is the value in learning to be a good following in order to be a good leader?
As leaders learn to become involved with their teams they have the ability to open new discussion and communication with their teams. The simple act of gratitude can make a significant difference in the ability of a team's morale and attitude. By being a good follower leaders can obtain additional knowledge that may not be readily available. This new information may offer innovative discussion on current processes and application.
