What is it so important for health care professionals to understand the principles of medical law and ethics? How will a solid understanding of legal and ethical principles be important in your own health care career? Provide at least two specific examples.

Case Study

Court case titled " Attorney Guilty of Unauthorized Disclosure of Medical Information," found on page 43 of the textbook listed below. Consider both sides of the issue with regards to the psychiatrst and ttorney:
