Have you ever applied any OM techniques to improve the performance of non job-related tasks (e.g. house management)? If yes, describe the OM technique(s) used. If not, describe what OM technique(s) could have potential to help you improve your performance of these tasks.

Select an OM technique that you have never used before to improve the performance a current operation which can be job-related or non-job related. Explain why this OM method is of particular interest to you. You must present the current situation, the future situation after the improvement is made, and projected benefit(s) (monetary or non-monetary). If you find any articles that report success stories of implementing the OM method you select, attach ONE article (the best one you feel) with your report as a reference.

Develop a plan to implement the OM technique you select in (4). Your plan should include a time phase Gantt chart showing tasks to be performed and a time line for each task. Describe the tasks in detail to see if each task can be feasibly executed within time frame given.
